Welcome to NailzzbyKailey's booking site! My goal is to provide a relaxing, clean, and high quality nail experience where clients can enjoy beautiful nails while maintaining the health of their natural nails. Each appointment is designed with care and attention to detail to ensure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. Please review the policies below before booking to ensure a smooth experience for both you and other clients. Booking Policies Age Requirement MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO BOOK!! Deposit Required A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your total service price. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the total appointment price. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation to avoid disrupting the schedule. No Shows/No notice Clients who do not show up for their appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will NOT be able to book any further appointments. Nail Art Booking All full sets include one solid color. If you would like designs, you must add the appropriate art tier when booking so enough time is reserved. All add-ons come with extra costs and prices may vary. Guests To maintain a calm workspace and limited seating, please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise discussed. Nail Health For the safety of all clients, services cannot be performed on nails that show signs of infection, fungus, or open wounds. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business.
